As far as I know it's the official version by Hans Zimmer, and not even a translation but an older version of the lyrics. And since the lyrics have been reformatted a bit you may want to reformat this translation accordingly.

Lisa Gerrard sings in an invented language that has no relation to any language ever spoken. The technique is called glossalalia or idioglossia. She makes up sounds that almost appear to be words, which is called euphonia, but they are not actually words at all.

They are meaningless phonemes. From the Wikipedia page on Lisa Gerrard:. It's an invented language that I've had for a very long time.

I believe I started singing in it when I was about Roughly that time. And I believed that I was speaking to God when I sang in that language. Most often, idioglossia refers to the "private languages" of young children'. Another way of saying this is that she sings gibberish.

She has used idioglossia in virtually all her songs since she first joined the band Dead Can Dance in the early 80's. You will see that I am telling the truth. I have heard many of her songs, and I love them to pieces, but they simply do not contain any actual words, in any actual language. It seems to be the text which the singer used as inspiration for her glossolalia. So, it actually is the closest in meaning one could get. I'm not sure whether this even should be added as a translation, but it is the best translation possible.

Lisa Gerrard sang the song in this made up language not really a languagethey recorded it in the moment but there's no actual translation as to what she says or what she was aiming for. I think this translation is what Zimmer believes the song's lyrics should be in English, and he's probably right. Gerrard just did what she does best, and sang with "the heart" as someone above me has said before, the English is optional.

And I believed that I was speaking to God when I sang in that language. I suppose Enya has split personality disorder? Though that said if you know of a secret band called Enya please do share otherwise En ya face!!! To everyone out there who wants to know what language this song is written and sung in, I can tell you!

This song is in fact, written and sung in Hebrew. Sorry, try again. Lisa Gerrard sings in an invented language. Singing or speaking in invented languages is called "idioglossia". The things that you think are words are actually just meaningless phonemes, made up gibberish sounds that have no relation to any language ever spoken. The song is beautiful. However, its meaning its not transcendental. What we should make sure to translate correctly is the bible.

I would just enjoy the song and reserve that eagerness to understand the true meaning of words to the bible, as well as understanding all of its different translations and the importance to understand the truth.

Now We Are Free (English translation)

I have no clue, I'm just saying: maybe it is neither Latin, nor Hebrew, maybe it's Ladin. It is hilarious and bizarre that the poster is trying to claim this is Irish. What are you doing?! You just sat there making up this translation and tried to pass yourself off as an expert of obscure Celtic languages and assumed nobody would question it? Not that obscure you dope, any Irish person would recognize at a glance that this is not Irish. The "translation from the Irish" of La la da pa da le na da na Ve va da pa da le na la dumda, oh my god so funny.

Now we are free - Hans Zimmer \u0026 Lisa Gerrard (2 hours)

And others are claiming definitively that it's Latin, still more offering direct translations into hebrew. Best thread of comments for arrogant ignorance I've seen in a long time. The rest of the vocals, sung with sounds rather than in a conventional language, are an example of melismatic singing.

It's not unique to me, but for some reason I never lost the ability". You are all wrong! You can get your list of topic distributions directly in your browser using your own username and API key with the following links. You can also paginate, filter, and order your topic distributions.

A forecast for time series models consists of extrapolation of the objective field values for time instances beyond the end of the training data. Rather than taking row values as the input, it expects a map keyed by objective ids, and values being maps containing the forecast horizon (number of future steps to predict), and a selector for the ets models to use to compute the forecast.

Thank you for help us to have an absolutely amazing time in Norway. A stunning country that we were able to fully experience thanks to your package that pre booked accommodation and transfer.

Far less stressful that I thought it would be. Tour full of variety. Loved the different modes of transport. Hotels well chosen for travel convenience. We took the 10 self-drive tour of Iceland in August, and it was an amazing experience. Everything worked like clockwork. We had vouchers for everything all neatly organized in our arrival package.

Can somebody give Helga G. We loved the notes that she put on the map for us about places we never would have discovered on our own. We were so happy with our experience that we made sure to go to the Nordic Visitor office on our last day to say thank you in person to Helga. Iceland was spectacularly beautiful. We have also always wanted to see the Northern Lights, and I would not hesitate at all to contact Nordic Visitor in the future to arrange that trip for us.

Just got back from a 7 day tour of southern Iceland organized by NordicVisitor. I was impressed that I went into this trip with no real knowledge of what I was getting myself, my wife and three teenage children into. The trip went on without a single hitch. The car rental, hotel reservations and activities were all perfect and we had a blast. Thank you and I would recommend this company to anyone.
